Our Story

From traditional kitchens
to the art of sushi.

With 25 years in the food service industry and the last five dedicated to sushi, my culinary journey has taken me from traditional kitchens to the art of sushi. Intrigued by its precision, creativity, and simplicity, I discovered a passion for transforming fresh ingredients into something truly special.

As a Boise native, I founded Fish on the Roll to share that passion with the Treasure Valley. Through our food truck, pop-ups, catering, and special events, we bring fresh, made-from-scratch sushi directly to our community.
